Job Summary:

Responsible for effectively managing accounts endorsed to Collections for the Consumer Banking products' portfolios through the proper utilization of available resources. In charge of collection from delinquent accounts within the allowed delinquency rates by monitoring and enhancing team and individual performance of assigned buckets, in order to sustain allowable delinquency rates.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Effective management of Collections Agency teams in ensuring and maintaining the constant effort in collection of receivables and past due accounts through constant monitoring of different collection team leads and bucket's performance.
• Reviewing and approving of requests for waiver based on existing guidelines, payment proposals and interest waivers for cases that are beyond the subordinate's approval and forwarding to the next approving authority.
• Acts as the central point person in handling customer complaints that involve investigation, in validating customer issues, and in recommending suggestions for case resolutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 3 years of experience in supervising Collector’s function and or agency management of a company covering the area of Collections.
• Must be willing to work onsite and be assigned in Ortigas.
