Qualifications

• Preferably a graduate of Accountancy, Finance or any Business Related course
• With at least 5 years experience in banking regulations and compliance, and sales
• With at least 1 year in managerial role
• Preferably with at least 1 year of experience as a branch manager
• Knowledge of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience in rural banking is a plus
