Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Specialist located in Metro Manila at ALISI. The Property Specialist will engage in promoting and marketing real estate products developed by Ayala Land, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Day-to-day tasks include customer interactions, facilitating sales transactions, providing commercial and residential real estate expertise, and maintaining high levels of customer service.

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate
• Sales skills
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
