We’re looking for a tech savvy Junior IT Support to work with our growing team in our beautiful office in Makati.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, and network issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner
• Assist in setting up and configuring workstations, peripherals, and software
• Maintain and update IT documentation, including user guides and asset inventory
• Monitor system performance and escalate complex issues to senior IT staff
• Support basic network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi connectivity and VPN access
• Manage and report on company assets including but not limited to computer hardware
• Assist in managing user accounts, access permissions, and security protocols
• Install and update software applications as needed
• Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to employees
• Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements

Requirements:

• Must be willing to work on-site
• Must be open to shifting schedules
• Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Intermediary knowledge of Windows, and common business applications
• Understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, Wi-Fi, VPN, etc.)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with hardware and software
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
