 Plan and coordinate sales efforts aimed at growing DBSI and the marketing movement '

 Oversee processes and develop strategic sales and marketing for DBSI’s products and services

 Build a strong company reputation and industry presence

 Conduct comprehensive market research, survey, and

 Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field

 Minimum of 5 years of sales and/or marketing experience

 One (1) to three (3) years of experience in managing personnel and projects

 Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

 Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding target

 Strong business sense and industry expertise

 Excellent computer and technical skills with specific experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
