DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage operations and employees for a couple of teams as a shared manager
• Communicate with Japanese client by Japanese language via phone, email, chat, video conference, etc. for reporting, escalation, business review and any required communication
• Communicate with the team to cascade client request, feedback, requirement, etc. with translation between Japanese and English
• Oversees the day-to-day activities and guidance of the team members.
