Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic finance leader to drive the company’s financial operations, risk management, capital investments, and investor relations. This role is pivotal in shaping the financial direction of the company, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing internal controls while preparing the organization for a potential public listing. Working closely with the CEO for Mining Group and the Group CFO of the Holding Company, this position plays a key role in corporate planning, business development, and project execution. Responsibilities include financial strategy development, market and trend analysis, competitive benchmarking, financial modeling, and supporting high-impact initiatives that drive growth and long-term value creation. Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic financial advisor to the CEO/President and executive leadership team.
  • Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and execute long-term financial and business strategies to drive profitability and sustainability.
  • Optimize cash flow management to support operational needs and growth objectives.
  • Oversee financial reporting accuracy, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
  • Implement and monitor a robust internal control framework, ensuring risk mitigation and financial integrity.
  • Manage investor relations, fundraising efforts, and capital structuring strategies.
  • Drive financial planning initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, and business modeling.
  • Ensure the development and periodic testing of a finance continuity and risk management plan.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing finance team through structured development and coaching programs.
Qualifications & Competencies:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, or a related field (CPA preferred).
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Proven track record in fundraising, investor relations, and capital markets.
  • Expertise in financial management, investment strategies, and banking operations.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate financial laws, regulatory frameworks, and risk management principles.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and digital finance tools (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics).
