ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a skilled Admin Assistant / Lease Assistant to join our team.  As Admin / Lease Assistant, you will manage all lease agreement aspects, including negotiations, renewals, and extensions. Your role will involve ensuring compliance with lease terms, conducting market research to determine fair rental prices, and working closely with property owners.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a background in real estate or property management. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Job description:

Internal and External Communications

Monitoring existing stores lease renewal.

Draft request letters

 

Minimum Requirements:

Two years experience in business administration.

Knowledgeable of leasing or lease contracts in an advantage.

College Graduate.

Good communication skills.

Amenable to work in Otis, Paco Manila.
