Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Specialist who will assist our accounting department with various tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for recent accounting graduates to gain valuable experience and apply their knowledge in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Maintain and update accounting records and files
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Participate in audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed
  
  

Qualifications:

• A graduate of any Finance/ Accounting related courses
• Minimal related work experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work in Taft East Gate Cebu, Cebu City
