Job Description
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool children.
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment.
- Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Assess and document children’s progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom.
- Collaborate with staff to enhance preschool programs.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: A Doctorate degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Experience Level: More than 10 years of hands-on experience in preschool education.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, knowledge in upholstery cleaning and furniture care, home storage solutions, processing government permits, and home cooking.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and implement educational programs, ensure a safe learning environment, communicate effectively with parents and staff.
- Working Conditions: Typically in a preschool setting, requires patience, creativity, and adaptability.
