Job Responsibilities:

Manage, lead and develop the engineering team to achieve operational excellence

Oversee and coordinate all engineering-related activities, including maintenance, repairs, and project implementation

Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards

Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize the lifespan of equipment and systems

Monitor and analyze energy consumption and identify opportunities for improved efficiency

Collaborate with other departments to address any engineering-related issues or concerns

Manage the engineering budget and resources to optimize cost-effectiveness

Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions where appropriate

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field

PRC License is required for this position

Minimum of 8 years of experience in engineering operations management, preferably in the property management or facilities management industry

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of engineering professionals

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and project management skills

Proficient in budget management and cost optimization

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills

Proactive, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement
