> Drives over-all strategy, business direction and overall P&L management for the Cards Business

> Manages a team comprised of a Product Managers, Product Owner, Supply Chain members.

> Sets-up the Cards Business for Profitability by identifying revenue opportunities and cost optimization strategies.

> Guides the team towards an agile model in carrying out programs and product launches.

> Leads strategy setting, planning and budgeting for Cards; together with internal partners.

> Collaborates with the Customer team to drive Go-to-market programs and communication strategies for growing the Cards Business key metrics

> Represents the Cards Business in forums or meetings initiated by Card Schemes Bancnet, Mastercard, Visa and AMEX and third party providers

Primarily responsible for both acquisition and usage growth for the entire cards business portfolio

Displays (The Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors indicating how tasks / responsibilities will be performed)

Clear grasp of business objectives to drive growth

Analytical thinking and problem solving in both strategic and operational levels

Copy reading and writing skills; effective articulation of products/campaigns to both internal partners and the customers

Experience in account and product management

Ability to perform simple to complex cost-benefit analysis

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Project management and stakeholder management skills

Strong Change Management training

Strong Product Management training

Experience in Financial Industry is an advantage

Delivers (The specific outputs / tangible results produced by the role; resources responsible for)

Monthly active users (MAU)

Revenue targets and relevant metrics (GTV, volume)

Business review: regularly aligns and reviews business performance with merchant account team to ensure sustainable growth

Campaign Executions, Product Enhancements, and Minimum Success Rates to support MAU and Revenue/metric targets

No major audit or regulatory issues
